fruits of our labor


Went apple picking last weekend, and finally got around converting those little guys into a finished product.

Margot made apple-ginger jam in the European style. I made these muffins from the NYTimes. [NB: You do not need a whole stick of butter to sauté the apples - 1/2 a stick will do.]

A wonderful crisp fall success.
